Client Service Manager

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of operations and/or service experience working with clients in the financial services industry
  • A college degree is encouraged yet not required
  • Your passion for delivering a world-class client experience and desire to be an excellent ambassador to our clients
  • Superb interpersonal, client interaction and communication skills


The Purpose of Your Role

The Client Service Manager (CSM) will work within a team environment. Your role will encompass service responsibilities such as money movement, asset transfers, new account/maintenance, and frequent client interaction. You will work on all service and operational requests from a specific group of clients and will be responsible for the overall service experience for those clients. You will be highly engaged in all areas of support relative to the activities of these clients. The CSM will focus on client satisfaction with specific attention in the areas of problem resolution, transaction processing and customer service. You are expected to be a key contributor to a positive workplace environment and have a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success. You will be expected to own your professional development plan and acquire additional skills that ensure continued growth and effective contributions to the organization.

Through your honesty and integrity, you will inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-term positive relationships. You will learn how to handle a book of business and successfully market the book for growth opportunities. You will see your impact on the company and have rewarding interactions with clients every single day. You will be part of an Advisory team that includes an advisor(s) and a client service manager. The Expertise We're Looking For

  • A college degree is encouraged yet not required
  • 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis on customer service
  • Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each
    client
  • Thrive in a compliance-driven, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to think creatively and be comfortable making decisions
  • Series 65 license or obtain within 90 days of hire
